Who Am I?

I guess I should introduce myself – I mean you probably want to know a bit about me before you begin to even start to trust me or take my advice on anything. But fair warning, I tend to be an oversharer so here goes nothing(:

I was born on December 11th at…. JK I won’t start that far back!

Hehe, but for reals, I married my college sweetheart in 2019. It’s so crazy that it’s been 5 years! We still feel like babies! We lived in Arkansas for a few years, and then did almost 1.5 years of long distance with 9 months of that being pregnant with our first daughter! It was a crazy time too say the least!

In October 2022, 10 days after giving birth, we moved down to the outside of Austin, TX, and have been here since!

On the official side, I work for a digital media company out of Austin that helps restaurants run their social media, ads, etc! I do this from home in the am so that in the pm I can party it up with my toddler!

And why listen to me on fashion, honestly you probably shouldn’t. Listen to yourself! I just want to share what I love and my favorites and hopefully can steer you into finding clothes that you love that make YOU feel amazing! I’m all about having a simple closet – so you most def will see clothing items repeated – just hope you aren’t an outfit rememberer! (;

Okay let’s do a few random facts to close this out:

– I hate coffee but worked at a coffee shop for two years after college!
– I am an enneagram 7 – aka I love to travel, be spontaneous, have thousands of hobbies, and hate all things conflict.
– I am obsessed with Free People Movement and working out!
– I lost my second daughter at 28 weeks pregnant in July 2024 so I may share some about this – but will always provide a warning in case you are not in a position to read that blog.

I think that is everything – or well everything my brain can think of at midnight!

But, take a lot around and my wish is that from this blog you will find a new favorite recipe, be encouraged to work out again or for the first time, find your style again, and ultimately find the REAL YOU again after pregnancy.
